世界史大戦2では、アプリ内の設定画面からゲームアカウントと関連データを削除できます。
アプリ内で削除する方法
- 世界史大戦2を起動します。
- 設定画面を開きます。
- アカウント削除を選択し、画面の案内に従ってください。
アプリを利用できない場合
アプリを利用できない場合は、お問い合わせページから削除を申請してください。本人確認のため、世界史大戦2で登録したメールアドレスをご記入ください。
削除されるデータ
- ゲームアカウント
- ゲームの進行状況およびアカウントに関連付けられたゲームデータ
削除申請は原則として30日以内に処理します。法令、不正利用防止、会計上の義務などにより保持が必要な取引記録は、必要な期間に限って保持される場合があります。
Account Deletion
You can delete your History Conqueror 2 game account and associated data from the Settings screen in the app.
If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request through our contact page. Please provide the email address registered with History Conqueror 2 so that we can verify your request.
Your game account, game progress, and associated game data will be deleted, normally within 30 days. Transaction records required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes may be retained only for the required period.
